i enjoyed the convenient taxi service available all day. i found a restaurant nearby with cheap thai food and tasty fruit shakes. the cleaning staff maintained the room well and i liked that (this was a plus).
the air conditioner blew directly on the bed in the room. i found this uncomfortable and it impacted my sleep.

I loved the three swimming pools. the pool closest to the beach had the best view! the breakfast was also a hit for me. I especially enjoyed the egg station, it had many options! the hotel was clean and had flowers everywhere, so pretty
The restaurant staff seemed a bit untrained. I expected more attention to detail.

Our grand beautiful room offered direct access to the pool from the terrace. The children really enjoyed that! the restaurant's beachfront location created a very nice atmosphere. there was even a free movie night right on the beach, which i found a very nice touch.
i found that sound isolation could have been better, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.
